Cross-Discipline Announcements
University of Delaware CEEP and its 7-member faculty administer the Environmental and Energy Policy (ENEP) Program, offering a 36-credit master's degree (MEEP) and a PhD after 36 additional credits of course work. In addition, CEEP sponsors a 15-credit Energy, Environment and Equity Concentration, leading to an MA in Urban Affairs and Public Policy, and a 21-credit Technology, Environment and Society Concentration, leading to a PhD in UAPP. Research agreements between CEEP and research institutions in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America enable students to conduct research in all of the major nations of the world. Industrial and Labor Relations
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, New Brunswick MHRM program focuses on strategic positioning of human resources management principally in business and government organizations. MLER allows students to focus on labor relations, organizational change, employee diversity, and/or public policy. PhD prepares students for academic careers.
Public Administration
Auburn University A unique 2-track PhD in public administration and public policy. University of Maine Master of Public Administration program prepares students for careers in state/local government, nonprofits, and health care. Urban and Regional Planning
Ball State University MURP is an accredited, professionally recognized, 48-credit-hour degree (36-hour accelerated track for those with accredited undergraduate planning degrees). Students can study on the Muncie campus or at the CAP Indianapolis Center, where individual courses are periodically offered. Students receive hands-on field experiences and physical and comprehensive planning practice. Students can select among three areas of concentrated study. There are well-developed study-abroad and internship programs. Students interact closely with 9 full-time faculty members plus professionals and practitioner alumni.
