Evolutionary Biology

Harvard University
Doctoral studies in evolution, behavior, development and physiology, comparative structure and function, ecology and population biology, genetics and molecular evolution, paleobiology, systematics, and biodiversity. Research facilities include modern laboratory facilities, historically valuable botanical and zoological collections, greenhouses and animal-care facilities, a large-animal research laboratory, a 700-acre conservation preserve nearby, and scanning and electron microscopes. Other Harvard resources available include the Arnold Arboretum living collection, the Harvard forestland and laboratory complex, facilities for activities ranging from DNA and protein sequencing to electronic instrument production, computing facilities and Internet connectivity, and machine shops.
