The MS program in food science and nutrition science focuses on analytical food chemistry, nutritional biochemistry, basic food processing technology, chemical and microbiological food safety, and food formulation. Thesis and nonthesis options exist for full- and part-time study, using up-to-date laboratory facilities, instrumentation, and food pilot plant capabilities.
