Midwestern University is committed to educating the health-care team of the new century. The University administers the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, the Chicago College of Pharmacy, the College of Health Sciences, the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, and the College of Pharmacy–Glendale. The Chicago College of Pharmacy in Downers Grove, Illinois, offers the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree. As students complete the curriculum, they work closely with a small group of students and a faculty adviser, completing assignments and focusing on problem-solving skills. This small group approach gives a sense of the team-oriented health-care structure in which students will play an essential role after graduation. The College of Pharmacy in Glendale, Arizona, offers an accelerated three-year program featuring a modern curriculum and early introduction of clinical experiences.
