Veterans Administration Proposes to Ease Regulatory Burden

A proposed rule by the VA would permit an educational institution to designate one campus to perform the certifications and maintain records for veterans at other campuses, including campuses located in other states. The proposal was in the June 30 Federal Register and can be viewed at http://www.access.gpo.gov/su_docs/fedreg/a030630c.html CCA will file a comment on the proposal prior to the deadline of August 29.
