FISAP Deadline is October 1, 2003

The Fiscal Operations Report for 2002-2003 and Application to Participate for 2004-2005 (FISAP) deadlines are fast approaching. All institutions that want to participate in the campus-based programs or who are reporting campus-based expenditures must file the FISAP, which can now be completed and submitted at the Department web site at www.cbfisap.sfa.ed.gov.

The FISAP is due to the Department by October 1, 2003. The campus-based Reallocation Form for 2003-2004 unexpended funds that may also be submitted through this website is due August 22, 2003.
