Campus Director
The Situation
American Career College has a Campus
Director opportunity to help lead the organization through
their next growth steps. They seek a dynamic, hands-on Director
with a missionary approach to education for profit.
The Position
Reporting to the Executive Director
Campus Operations, the Campus Director manages one of two
campuses. She/he functions as the "COO" for that campus.
The Company
ACC is one of the largest and most
successful career colleges in the country. Starting in 1978
and expanding its curriculum over the years it now offers
Optical Dispensing Tech, Pharmacy Tech, Medical Assistant,
Health Claims Examiner, Vocational Nurse, and other in demand
programs.
The Ideal Candidate
Ideal candidates will have a minimum
of 2 years experience managing a "for profit" educational
unit with demonstrated skills in associate nurturing, communication,
problem solving, and fiscal management. She/he will thrive
in a multicultural environment.
