Nationally recognized by the Sloan Consortium for best practices in online education, AMU earned its reputation by never forgetting that students are priority one.

AMU offers career-relevant education and unrivaled student support services at a low cost. The online campus is compatible with mobile and tablet devices, allowing students the convenience to connect when and how they prefer.

Unrivaled Student Support

The university's partnership with students begins the moment they make the commitment to pursue their educations at AMU. Beyond personal support from professors and classmates, students can engage anytime with academic advisers, librarians, mentors, career service professionals, tutors, and more. AMU is at every step of students' journeys to help them stay on track and achieve their academic and professional goals. Help is never more than a click or phone call away.

At AMU, students belong to a global community of students, alumni and faculty dedicated to their profession and to lifelong learning. The majority of students are working full-time while earning their degrees. Many actively participate in affiliated organizations such as the Golden Key International Honour Society, International Association of Emergency Managers, Society for Human Resource Management, Delta Epsilon Tau, Pi Gamma Mu, Alpha Phi Sigma, Student Veterans of America, and more.

Students have additional support through the school's dynamic social and professional communities, including the university's Global Mentor Network, Career Services Office, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube sites, and more than a dozen blogs and portals dedicated to thought leadership across various industries and topics.
