Overview

Bryant University: "Create your path. Expand your world. Achieve your success."

Throughout its 150-year history, Bryant University has earned a distinguished reputation for innovative academic programs and technologies that are marketplace driven and highly attuned to the emerging needs of industry and society.

Bryant's student-centered community of scholars delivers challenging academic programs that integrate business and the arts and sciences, with an emphasis on real-world application and a global perspective.

Abundant co-curricular opportunities, service learning programs, internships, and practica allow students to put theory into practice while building character and leadership skills.

More than 40,000 Bryant alumni are all making a difference in their work and their communities around the world.

Innovative curriculum

Bryant delivers an exceptional education for success in an age of unlimited global opportunity. The undergraduate curriculum is nationally recognized for innovation.

From the very first semester, students will find that Bryant's interdisciplinary studies and engaged learning are designed with students' success in mind. The Princeton Review notes that Bryant faculty members are "good at teaching, but even better at providing real working knowledge."

The world-class faculty integrate theoretical and applied concepts in a broad range of majors from Accounting to Forensic Science to International Business, all complemented by rich co-curricular opportunities.

With 100+ courses of study to choose from, students discover their passions and create their own paths as they develop the knowledge, skills, credentials, and qualities of character to become active contributors who think in a global context.

Competitive in the global market

At a time when the world is more interconnected than ever, a student's education must prepare him or her with intercultural knowledge and competency.

From a class on managing a global supply chain to completing international internships, Bryant students have the opportunity to broaden their world from Day 1.

Bryant also encourages students to participate in many study abroad opportunities. Students can choose from academic programs in 50 countries for a semester overseas, or the innovative semester-long Sophomore International Experience course that culminates in a 10-day trip abroad.

Proven success

How do applicants know a Bryant education can get them where they want to go? Ninety-eight percent of our graduates are employed or enrolled in graduate school within six months of graduation.

Bryant students are focused on preparing themselves to enter the dynamic and global workforce. Employers tell Bryant how much they love hiring accomplished Bryant graduates.

Bryant's students prove to be assets to their future employers from the get-go; the mean starting salary for Bryant's graduates is $50,305.

Integrating business and the liberal arts

Bryant's academic programs are distinguished by the integration of business and the arts and sciences. That means all business majors must pair their studies with minors in the liberal arts, and all liberal arts majors must have business minors.

This combination of critical thinking, writing skills, and a working knowledge of business pushes Bryant's graduates to the front of the pack in any field.

At Bryant, classes are kept small and the faculty meets the highest standards -- 98% hold Ph.D.s or have terminal degrees in their fields.

There are no large lecture halls and 100% of classes will be taught by professors -- not teaching assistants or graduate students.

Close-knit, friendly campus

Bryant, located in Smithfield, Rhode Island, has a beautiful 428-acre, secure campus just 15 minutes from downtown Providence and one hour from Boston.

Bryant is a close-knit, friendly community; 82% of Bryant's students live on campus. The 22 Division I sports teams, the Bryant Bulldogs, rally school spirit throughout the year.

The campus life is as rich and diverse as its student body. There are 100 student clubs and organizations at Bryant.
