After you register for a free StudentEdge account or log in to your existing account, you can assess your college savings plan and learn where you need to make changes.
You can enter your current savings, your expected rate of return, and additional information into the calculator and it will determine how much you should be saving each year to meet your child's college expenses.
If the amount of your total savings appears in red, you may fall short of your expenses, so you might want to revise your current plan. If the amount of your total savings appears in black, you may not need to set aside as much as you currently are.
