At Mount Mary, you can choose from more than 30 undergraduate majors. Some of the most popular majors include dietetics, fashion (apparel product development and merchandise management), interior design, occupational therapy and social work.

The University's supportive environment, including personal advising, generous scholarships and financial aid, and individual attention from dedicated professors, helps students become successful professionals who make a positive difference in their communities.

Mount Mary Creates Financial Opportunities

Mount Mary is committed to student success and provides the tools and experiences needed to transform students' lives. This commitment means the University provides 100% of all full-time, first-year students an academic scholarship, of up to $14,000. All full-time transfer students also may qualify for academic scholarships of up to $10,500 or reduced tuition.

The University helps students navigate financial aid opportunities such as scholarships, grants and loans to help make a Mount Mary education affordable. Mount Mary Creates World Travelers

Students in all majors at Mount Mary can participate in a study abroad experience. Study abroad experiences can fit into even the busiest student's schedule without delaying graduation plans. Trips are offered in three formats: for a semester, a summer or during a school break.

Mount Mary makes every effort to match each student's study abroad experience with their major and interests while incorporating social justice learning opportunities. Nearly 20% of all Mount Mary students study abroad before they graduate and the availability of study abroad scholarships make this possible.

Recently, art therapy students worked with a community development agency in Nicaragua serving youth, women and families. Students in the Fashion Department assisted backstage at a runway show in Paris, and gained an understanding of fair trade as it relates to the clothing industry on a trip to Peru.

These experiences allow students to develop skills in their field of interest while achieving a greater understanding of social justice in a world very different from their own.

Milwaukee's Creative Campus

Mount Mary University is located in the Milwaukee metropolitan area, on a beautiful, 80-acre park-like campus in a residential neighborhood. The campus is close to an assortment of restaurants, shopping centers and other entertainment. Downtown Milwaukee and the Lake Michigan lakefront are within a 15-minute drive.

The Mount Mary University campus is alive with more than 40 student clubs and organizations. Through campus ministry, honor societies and academic groups like the Social Work Club, Justice on the Rise and Students Building Bridges, you'll find opportunities for serving the greater community. Mount Mary also has six NCAA Division III women's sports teams: basketball, cross country, soccer, softball, tennis and volleyball.

Many students live in the Caroline Hall residence hall during their first year at Mount Mary University. Several different room options are available, including a single room with a private bathroom. Most rooms also offer spacious walk-in closets. The University offers four dining options on campus, including a traditional dining hall, Starbucks coffee shops and a grill. There is also a Barnes & Noble Bookstore on campus.

With all the on-campus activities, challenging academics, and the thriving cultural scene and attractions of the city, there's something for everyone to do both inside and outside of class at Mount Mary.
