The Utica campus offers a unique high-tech learning environment, providing academic programs in technology, including engineering, cybersecurity, computer science, and the engineering technologies; professional studies, including business, communication, and nursing; and arts and sciences, with degrees and course offerings in natural sciences, mathematics, humanities, and social sciences. The Albany campus offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in the emerging disciplines of nanoscience and nanoengineering, as well as cutting-edge nanobioscience and nanoeconomics programs.

Home Away From Home

Set on hundreds of acres near the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, SUNY Poly's Utica campus offers the convenience of being located near a city, with the added charm of a woodland setting. Over the past few years, the campus has grown to include a new student center, a residential complex, and a field house with an artificial turf field. Students enjoy campus life in highly rated residence halls and can participate in NCAA Division III athletics or intramurals. Entertainment, activities, and community-building experiences support and sustain a unique campus culture.

Students at the Albany campus takes classes at the 1.3 million-square-foot Albany NanoTech megaplex, home to more than 3,500 scientists, researchers, engineers, students, faculty members, and staff members, in addition to Tech Valley High School.
