The Art Institute of Ohio–Cincinnati offers education programs that prepare students to pursue entry-level employment in the creative arts. The school offers six associate degree programs.
The Art Institute of Ohio–Cincinnati includes more than 35,000 square feet of classroom, laboratory, and office space designed according to the school’s specifications for its design programs.
The Art Institute of Ohio–Cincinnati provides students with convenient living accommodations. Students who choose school-sponsored housing share their living space with other students. The school is accessible by public transportation and provides ample student parking. Assistance is available to help students with resume writing, networking, and keeping aware of what employers are looking for in job candidates.

Academic Programs
Students attending The Art Institute of Ohio–Cincinnati may pursue an Associate of Applied Science degree in culinary arts, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, video production, or Web design & interactive media. Each program requires the successful completion of 96 credits.
Costs
Tuition costs vary by program. Prospective students should contact the school for current tuition costs. Other charges include a starting kit for all first-quarter students. Kits vary in price, depending on the program of study.

Student Activities
Student life is an integral part of The Art Institute of Ohio–Cincinnati experience. The Office of Student Affairs sponsors a variety of events, including intramural sports, dances, parties, lunch-and-learn sessions, and off-campus trips.
Facilities and Resources
The Art Institute of Ohio–Cincinnati provides easy access to the technology, tools, and facilities needed to complete projects in all disciplines. Students may produce work in an environment that is appropriate for their chosen creative endeavors. The facilities include media presentation rooms for special instructional needs, libraries that provide instructional resources, and academic support for both faculty members and students.

Cincinnati is home to major-league sporting events, concerts, a professional symphony, theater, Kings Island, award-winning restaurants, and downtown entertainment districts that offer exciting nightlife.
The city is known for its great beauty, with steep hills, wooded suburbs, a picturesque downtown riverfront, and four distinct seasons.
Admission Requirements
Applicants to The Art Institute of Ohio–Cincinnati must demonstrate proof of high school graduation or its equivalent. An official copy of the high school transcript or General Educational Development (GED) certificate is required. Candidates are interviewed and must write an essay on how an education at The Art Institute of Ohio–Cincinnati can help them reach their career goals.
Each applicant’s academic transcript and completed essay are evaluated by the Admissions Acceptance Committee. A separate application and enrollment form must be completed and signed by the applicant and then submitted to The Art Institute of Ohio–Cincinnati. There is an application fee of $50.
