The B.P.S. is a fully-accredited bachelor's program with extensive hands-on training, a full management and liberal arts curriculum, and total preparation for leadership positions in the industry. The A.O.S. program focuses on the fundamentals of baking and pastry preparation, giving students an opportunity to start working in their chosen field in less than two years.
Students interested in a degree in culinary arts will also find two options at the CIA.
