McCann School of Business & Technology seeks students who have a strong desire for practical career training in their chosen fields and who have the ability to achieve academic success in their classes. Applications for admission are accepted throughout the year. We welcome first inquiries from high school students and their parents during the junior year. The school admissions staff is available to advise you on course planning and career opportunities.
Our School's Admission Requirements
Our degree programs' admission procedures require an exchange of information between the applicant and the school, which maintains a staff of representatives for this purpose. These education representatives conduct a personal interview with each prospective applicant before any decision is made to submit an application for admission. During the interview, the representative will discuss the school's education degree programs in relation to the applicant's career certification preferences, training needs, and individual motivations.
To be considered for admission to McCann School of Business & Technology, the applicant must be a graduate of an accredited high school or possess a General Equivalency Diploma (GED). To demonstrate evidence of high school graduation or equivalency, the school must be provided with an attestation, signed by the student, stating that the student is a high school graduate or equivalent. Students that are still in high school at the time of application must also provide an official high school transcript upon completion of their senior year of high school.

All students are encouraged to meet with our school's Financial Aid department in order to determine financial aid qualifications. At that time, our Financial Aid Officer will help the student to complete our school's necessary forms.
For financial aid purposes, McCann School of Business & Technology is a term based school (borrower based academic standard). Three quarter terms are equal to one academic year. Thus, McCann students are eligible for two full years of financial assistance in completing their 18-month specialized associate degree program (six quarter terms).
