A Full-Time MBA Program with 12 Concentrations
HPU offers the MBA program in a variety of formats, including the full-time MBA. The full-time MBA is a dynamic 2-year on-campus program. The 24-month format makes it possible for students without undergraduate business degrees to complete all requirements and move directly into the MBA program. Students that have undergraduate business degrees, or have satisfied the prerequisites, can complete the program in just 18 months.
The MBA program offers 12 different concentrations covering the full range of career possibilities. MBA concentrations include accounting or CPA, e-business, economics, finance, healthcare management, human resource management, information systems, international business, management, marketing, organizational change, and travel industry management.

The 12-month MBA is particularly well suited to individuals who want to reenter the workforce quickly and have specific career goals. The program was created for highly motivated college graduates who have earned a business degree or completed specific business courses in the preceding five years.
The curriculum for the 12-month MBA includes Hawai'i Pacific University's core business courses, a series of electives, and final capstone projects summarizing students' learning.
Innovative Flex MBA Program with Internships
Hawai'i Pacific also offers a Flex MBA Program for students with busy personal or professional schedules. It combines classroom instruction with distance learning to cover the full curriculum of business, management, and elective courses, creating a tailor-made program encompassing all the latest developments in business practices, computer technology, marketing, communications, and strategic planning.
Flex MBA students also have opportunities to apply their learning through internships in corporate, government, and academic settings.
The Flex MBA Program offers students numerous scheduling options. They may switch between full- and part-time study; schedule evening, day, or weekend classes; work with counselors to plan schedules; and even arrange various, flexible payment plans. Students can choose from seven different start dates throughout the year and take classes during the fall, winter, spring, and summer terms. Additionally, they can take up to seven years to complete the program.
