At the School of Organizational Leadership and Transformation, students will learn to maintain always open minds about new models of organizational systems by focusing on human needs, behaviors, and cultures within the context of natural and designed environments.

In an increasingly complex world, organizations seek professional leaders to help them creatively adapt, respond, anticipate, and plan for change. Students can choose from the residential LIOS master's degree program in Seattle or the convenient low residency/online hybrid program to earn their M.A. or Ph.D. degrees.

Programs include:

- MA/PhD Organizational Systems

- LIOS MA Organizational Systems, Leadership and Organization Development Specialization

- MA/PhD Organizational Systems, Leadership of Sustainable Systems Specialization

- PhD Organizational Systems, Humane Education Specialization

- Non-Degree Certificates

Students who obtain degrees in organizational systems will be prepared to lead systemic change in business, education, the environment, healthcare, government, politics, non-profits, human resource departments, employee training and development, and many other kinds of communities and groups.

Students will work closely with faculty members who are not just scholars, but also sought-after business leaders and consultants who work firsthand on the cutting edge of globalization, information technology, and new management practices.
