The Graduate Certificate in Organizational and Executive Coaching: Tools and skills to coach

The Graduate Certificate in Organizational and Executive Coaching provides the foundation for a comprehensive understanding of business coaching theory, methodology, and techniques. The program also teaches students coaching skills that are essential for motivating employees to realize their full potential.

The curriculum is aligned with standards of the Graduate School Alliance for Executive Coaching, of which NYU-SCPS is an institutional member. The program also meets the standards of the International Coaching Federation.



Features of the Graduate Certificate in Organizational and Executive Coaching program

This six-course, 18-credit program benefits managers, directors, executives from various areas of management, professionals in companies undergoing significant change, and the line executive who needs to refine his/her coaching skills. The program can be completed fully online, or in a traditional classroom setting, or by blending a combination of the two formats. All courses are part of the M.S. in Human Resource Management and Development curriculum. Students who earn this graduate certificate may apply for advanced standing if accepted into the master's program.
