The M.S. in Global Supply Chain Management Curriculum degree program is a 52-credit program. Students take 7 quarters of courses during 2 fall, 2 winter, 2 spring, and 1 summer semesters. Courses investigate how supply chains are integrated into a product and service strategies. Students master the knowledge and skills they will need to manage supply chains to support new product innovation, open markets and channels, and create sustainable end-of-life closed loop processes. They also explore how supply chain management can be used to improve sourcing, lean operations, project management, logistics, and analytics.

Students take courses in key areas including sourcing, purchasing, and procurement; supply and logistics; information technology for analytics and data analysis; closed loop supply chain for sustainability; and forecasting and planning.

A Supportive Online Learning Environment

The online environment of the M.S. in in Global Supply Chain Management degree program promotes collaborative learning among faculty members and students who come from different parts of the region, the country, and the world. Students meet face-to-face for a 3 day orientation on the downtown Portland campus. Then, once courses begin, students and faculty members communicate through email, discussion boards, and web conferencing.

International Studies During the Summer Semester
