Overview

Managing Human Capital

The Managing Human Capital M.S. program at Saint Joseph's University enables aspiring and current business professionals to leverage human capital at both the individual and organizational level. Students differentiate themselves with a degree that helps them become a strategic partner within their organization to deliver enhanced results across all areas: from human resources to operations, sales, marketing, finance and others. Study full time and earn this degree in as little as 18 months, or part time with convenient evening and weekend courses on campus, or online. This program is aligned with the curricular guidelines recommended by the Society for Human Resource Development (SHRM). Students enter the program with a variety of backgrounds and do not need human resource experience. The Haub School is consistently top-ranked and accredited by AACSB international.
