Program Description

Students prepare to meet the challenges of an exciting field and enhance their careers with a master's degree from the top-ranked University of California, Berkeley, School of Public Health. The On-Campus/Online Professional Master of Public Health Degree Program offers the high-quality learning experience expected from one of the world's leading universities.

The program, designed for those with work experience, provides a flexible online format that lets students continue working full time while completing the M.P.H. degree in 7 semesters. There are 3 admission periods a year. In this interdisciplinary program, students learn from and interact with faculty renowned for their research in public health fields. M.P.H students connect with a learning community of faculty, classmates and M.P.H. graduate employers in two 8-day on-campus experiences.

Accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) and approved by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
