Overview

University of San Francisco School of Management

Students of the School of Management at the University of San Francisco benefit from the rigorous academic tradition and social justice values of a Jesuit university, as well as the dynamism and diversity of the San Francisco Bay Area. The exceptional faculty consists of entrepreneurs, consultants, researchers, and business leaders who provide insights across multiple industries and sectors: public, private and nonprofit. USF students grow in their understanding of project and people leadership while simultaneously learning to think beyond the bottom line to the common good.

Transform your life, leadership and the world from here - San Francisco's first university - USF.

The Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) develops working professionals to assume leadership roles in the transformation of organizations through its emphasis on academic rigor and ethical practice rooted in the Jesuit, Catholic tradition. Students learn relevant theory, gain interdisciplinary knowledge, and develop practical skills in organization assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation to enhance organizational effectiveness and resiliency. The MSOD program focuses on team and organization change interventions necessary to create productive, compassionate organizations. The program curriculum is designed around four essential elements that define the field: reflection (self-as-instrument), diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation.
