Description

Designed to fulfill a financial gap remaining after all federal and state educational grants/scholarships available to an eligible applicant have been utilized. For children of U.S. military members who died while on active duty on or after Sept. 11, 2001 or children of post-9/11 veterans having been assigned a combined disability rating of 50 percent or greater by the Department of Veterans Affairs also qualify. Additional requirement include DD1300 or military death certificate as this applies, financial breakdown.

Eligibility Requirements

  • CheckmarkMust be an undergraduate student, a graduate student or a postgraduate student
  • CheckmarkMust attend a university, a four-year college, two-year college or a vocational-tech school
  • CheckmarkRestricted to survivors or dependents of people who died, are missing or were disabled in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks
  • Checkmark Must be in or a veteran of any U.S. Armed Service Checkmark Must be a dependent of the service(s) specified above
