"At Appel Farm, we believe that everyone is creative. We provide a structured learning environment that is supportive and noncompetitive, fostering a community in which the individual can learn, grow, make friends, and have fun. We offer four- and eight-week programs in the fine and performing arts for participants 9 to 17 years old. Campers design their own course of instruction by choosing a major and two minors in theater, music, fine art, photography, video, or dance. They can choose up to three different areas of study, including minors in creative writing, sports, and swimming. We also offer a wide variety of workshops, guest artists, concerts, and trips."
