"The SummerMath and SEARCH Programs are designed to encourage young women to connect more effectively with mathematics and mathematics-based fields. Students participate in a learning community that is devoted to serious study, personal growth, and evening and weekend recreational opportunities. SummerMath emphasizes confidence building, mathematical applications, and conceptual understanding within the high school curriculum. SEARCH is for students who have a solid understanding of high school mathematics and want to experience mathematics that lies outside and beyond the high school curriculum. Living and learning on the beautiful campus of Mount Holyoke College gives students a taste of college life."
