Peterson\u2019s<\/span><\/a>, a leader in test preparation and higher education data, announces today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Wintergreen Orchard House (\u201cWGOH\u201d) from Carnegie Dartlet. Peterson\u2019s will assume the annual undergraduate data collection, which will now be performed and delivered exclusively by Peterson\u2019s beginning with the fall, 2020 survey. Carnegie Dartlet will maintain the map, atlas, and College Finder products under its CollegeXpress division.<\/span><\/p>\n

For over 50 years, the <\/span>Peterson\u2019s survey<\/span><\/a> has collected essential information from over 4000 2-year and 4-year colleges throughout the United States. The results of the survey help to power decision making at more than 500 businesses and institutions – which rely on <\/span>Peterson\u2019s data<\/span><\/a> for accurate, timely, and complete information.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cData is core to Peterson\u2019s, and it plays an essential role in the higher education economy,\u201d said Peterson\u2019s CEO Jordan Stolper. \u201cBy bringing Wintergreen Orchard House into the Peterson\u2019s family, we can continue to serve the community with timely, accurate information to power decision making.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

It creates one powerful data set which we will continue to use for our online assets but it will now be managed by the experienced team at Peterson\u2019s.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
