Business degrees are increasingly popular as they apply to most industries and introduce a career path with vast job opportunities to choose from upon graduation. Students majoring in business learn fundamental business knowledge in a variety of fields, including accounting, international business, finance, marketing, project management, economics, and more.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Business Leaders Scholarship Award<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/a>This scholarship offers two $1,500 awards to the most deserving students pursuing their degree in the field of business. The merit-based scholarships are awarded every spring and fall to help students pay for the expenses of their online or campus-based education. These scholarships are open to any student that is currently enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, or doctorate level programs. <\/span>
    \n<\/span>Amount awarded: $1,500<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Business Plan Scholarship For Students With Disabilities<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/a>The Business Plan Scholarship is awarded twice a year, once during the fall semester and once during the spring semester. The winner is judged primarily on the merit of their 500-1000-word response to the essay prompt \u201cWhat I learned from writing a business plan.\u201d Applicants must be an undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate student and have hearing, learning, physical, or visual disabilities.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>Amount awarded: $1,000<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. MU30’s Scholarship for Women in Finance<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/a>To be eligible to apply, applicants must: be a female or identify themselves as females; be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited university; plan to enroll as a full-time student at an accredited university in the U.S.; and pursue a degree in finance, business administration, accounting, economics or a closely-related financial field.
    \n<\/span>Amount awarded: $1,500<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. National Black MBA Association Graduate Scholarship Program<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/a>This graduate scholarship program awards tuition assistance to students who demonstrate academic excellence, exceptional leadership potential, and are actively involved in their local communities through service to others.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>Amount awarded: $5,000<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. AX Control, Inc. Academic Scholarship<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/a>This scholarship will be awarded to one student who best exemplifies their passion for our nation\u2019s small businesses through creating a well-researched essay based on a personal account of a small business that has impacted their life, or of an ambition he\/she may have to establish their own business. The $1,000 award will be given to one student for the purposes of funding a college education during the fall semester of 2021.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>Amount awarded: $1,000<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Minorities in Government Finance Scholarship<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/a>This scholarship awards upper-division undergraduate or graduate students of public administration, governmental accounting, finance, political science, economics, or business administration to recognize outstanding performance by minority students preparing for a career in state and local government finance.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>Amount awarded: $9,000<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. StraightForward Media Business School Scholarship<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/a>A scholarship of $500 will be awarded to undergraduate or graduate students pursuing a business-related degree, including but not limited to economics, finance, marketing, and management. Students pursuing an online business degree are also eligible. Awarded four times per year. Deadlines: March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31. <\/span>
    \n<\/span>Amount awarded: $500<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Dan M. Reichard, Jr. Scholarship<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/a>This scholarship will be awarded for study towards a career in the business administration\/management area of the transit industry. Applicants must be sponsored by an APTA member organization and complete an internship with an APTA member organization. Applicants must be a graduate student attending a university, a four-year college or two-year college in the U.S.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>Amount awarded: $2,500<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Government Finance Professional Development Scholarship<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/a>To be eligible for this award, you must be a part-time graduate student in public administration, (governmental) accounting, finance, economics, or business administration that prepares students for careers in state and local government finance. Applicants must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen, employed at least two years by one or more state or local governments, recommended by your employer, and also recommended by your academic advisor or dean of the graduate program. <\/span>
    \n<\/span>Amount awarded: $2,250<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
