Denver, Colorado – January 27, 2025<\/b> – Peterson\u2019s LLC announced today that Brian Coyne will immediately assume the position of Chief Executive Officer. As the previous General Manager of Peterson\u2019s Test Prep division, Coyne now succeeds the CEO position in place of Jordan Stolper. Stolper has led the company since 2018 and will remain the executive chairman of the business.<\/span><\/p>\n

Stolper made the following statement on behalf of TDV Capital Partners, Peterson\u2019s parent:<\/span><\/p>\n

Brian is a seasoned operator with an exceptional track record of driving sustainable growth, and we have every confidence in his ability to lead Peterson\u2019s. He brings meaningful expertise in operating software and digital media platforms making him uniquely suited to serve as the company\u2019s next CEO.”<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Coyne made the following statement:<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019m honored to step into the leadership role at Peterson\u2019s and excited to collaborate with our talented team to elevate our Test Prep, Career Prep, and Data Products. Coyne was previously the CEO of Tend, a home essentials protection company that provides home and electronics warranty products. Prior to that, he was the Chief Business Officer at Zumper, North America\u2019s largest privately owned rental marketplace. He holds a B.S. from the University of Florida and an MBA from Oxford. He will now lead Peterson\u2019s from its headquarters in Denver, Colorado.<\/span><\/p>\n
