The B.S.N. degree program includes core (99 credits), elective (27 credits), and arts and sciences (54 credits) courses. The R.N. to B.S.N. degree program (offered only online) consists of 72 transfer credits related to the R.N. license. School of Health Sciences

The School of Health Sciences has Bachelor of Science degree programs in health care administration/management and health information management. Both programs consist of 126 credits of core courses and 54 credits of arts and sciences courses.

The B.S. in Health Care Administration/Management degree program, which can be completed online, trains students to effectively manage complex developments that affect health care delivery. The B.S. in Health Information Management degree program trains students to collect, maintain, and analyze data crucial to delivering high quality health care.

School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management

The School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management offers Bachelors of Arts degree programs that prepare students for exciting careers in the hospitality industry.

The B.A. in Hospitality Management degree program provides specialized training in culinary arts, customer service, food service, hospitality administration and management, and industry technology. The degree program can be completed on campus or online. The B.A. in Culinary Management degree program helps students acquire the cuisine management skills to become Chefs De Cuisine or managers of restaurants and other businesses in the culinary industry.

School of Computer Information Systems

The School of Computer Information Systems provides a supportive learning environment that cultivates innovation, creativity, and critical thinking.

The school's Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree program consists of core, elective, and arts and science courses, as well as courses in network engineering, information systems, software engineering, and digital design and multi-media.

Eleanor Cook in the School of Business has owned a business and worked for major corporations like IBM.
