Description

The CMSAF Scholarship Program (formerly the CMSAF Richard D. Kisling Scholarships) was created in 1987 upon the death of CMSAF Kisling. It was renamed in 1997 following the passing of CMSAFs Andrews and Harlow. The program is funded by donations, memorials, and speaking honorariums. Applicants must be unmarried child/adopted or stepchild of active duty or retired member of the USAF, ANG or AFRC - No Veteran and Officer dependents! 12th year high school student or full-time college undergraduate student.
