Description

Applicants for the DREAM Former Foster Youth Scholarship must meet one of the following criteria: (1) Priority applies for the Chafee Education and Training Grant recipients; (2) or was adopted from foster care between the ages of 14 and 16, (3) or former Chafee awardees who are now over the age of 23 and currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, (4) or Chafee-eligible youths who did not receive Chafee funds before the age of 21. This scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
