Description

The Friends of Bill Rutherford Education Scholarship is for the children of individuals serving in the Oregon State Legislature or holding statewide elected office (Governor, Treasurer, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Commissioner of Labor, or Superintendent of Public Instruction); this does not include judicial positions. Applicants must be high school graduates, including GED recipients and home-schooled graduates. Financial need may or may not be considered. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
