Description

The Michele L. McDonald Memorial is an annual scholarship awarded for the purpose of earning a degree in Accounting, with preference being given to a woman returning to college from the work force or after raising children. Applicants must be attending an accredited US school, have commitment to the goal of pursuing a degree in Accounting in preparation for a career as an accounting or finance professional, including evidence of continued commitment to this goal after receiving the award; have demonstrated aptitude in accounting and business as evidenced by prior coursework and/or work experience; and have clear evidence that goals and a plan for achieving those goals, both personal and professional, have been established.
