FFMT Minority Teacher Education Scholarship Program

Description

The Minority Teacher Education Scholars Program is a collaborative performance-based scholarship program for African-American, Hispanic/Latino, Asian-American, Pacific Islander, and American Indian/Alaskan Native students. The participants in the program are students that attend Florida's public and private colleges and universities that have state-approved teacher education programs. Special consideration is given to state/community college graduates. For Fall Semester, the application opens on May 12 and the priority deadline is August 1. For Spring Semester, the application opens on October 1 and the priority deadline is December 2.
