Description

The NECA Oregon-Columbia Chapter Scholarship is for students who are dependents and grandchildren of eligible members of NECA Oregon-Columbia Chapter or the dependents of the employees of the eligible members of NECA Oregon-Columbia Chapter. Preference will be given to graduating high school seniors. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
