Description

Dependents of licensed commercial Oregon troll salmon permit fishermen and/or captains of the vessels of licensed commercial Oregon troll salmon permit fishermen who have paid assessments to the Oregon Salmon Commission within the past three years. Preference: Graduating high school seniors.
