Paul Monette-Roger Horwitz Dissertation Prize

Description

This award, which honors the memories of Monette, a poet and author, and his partner, Horwitz, an attorney, will be given for the best dissertation in LGBTQ Studies, within the City University of New York system. Dissertations defended from Spring 2021-Spring 2022 will be accepted. A cover letter stating your name, address, contact information (mailing address, email address, and phone number), school/campus affiliation, and project description is required. Applicants must submit one full copy of the dissertation and one full copy of the abstract. Applications may be submitted directly through email or through file-transfer sites such as WeTransfer. Files saved on CD are also accepted. Print copies will not be accepted.
