Research Scholar Grants

Description

The Research Scholar Grant (RSG) supports investigator-initiated projects across the cancer research continuum. In the Cancer Control and Prevention Research Program, RSG applicants may be at any stage in their career if they focus their project on either: 1) Health Policy/Health Services research or 2) Cancer Health Equity. Awards are for up to 4 years, for up to $165,000 a year for direct costs, plus 20% allowable indirect costs. For the RSG award in the Cancer Control and Prevention Research Program with a focus on health equity, the maximum award is for 4 years at up to $165,000 per year (direct costs), plus 20% allowable indirect costs. Additionally, large multilevel studies that address cancer health equity may propose up to a maximum of 5 years and $200,000 per year (direct costs), plus 20% allowable indirect costs.
