Description

The Robert D. Forster Scholarship is for dependents of eligible employees of Walsh Construction Company. Eligible employees must have been employed by Walsh Construction for more than three years (1,000+ hours each year) as of the March scholarship deadline. OSAC receives FAFSA records automatically for Oregon residents only. If you are not an Oregon resident, you must upload Page 1 (only) of your SAR (Student Aid Report from your FAFSA) to be considered for this scholarship. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
