Description

Robert T. Kenney Scholarships are awarded primarily based on financial need, with consideration given to academic performance, community involvement, and other indications of a strong desire to achieve goals through education. United States citizens or non-U.S. citizens who are able to apply for federal student aid or students who have been granted Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status (as evidenced by a valid Employment Authorization Card) may apply. Applicants must also live in any of the 64 Connecticut towns served by the American Savings Foundation.
