Sussman-Miller Educational Assistance Fund

Description

The Sussman-Miller Educational Assistance Fund provides assistance to students to further their education in a program who need financial assistance to address the 'gap' in financial aid packages for both students graduating from high school (senior) and those continuing their education. Students who are just graduating from high school have different guidelines and application forms than students who have already completed at least one semester of undergraduate studies. Students working on a second undergraduate or graduate degree will not be considered. Applicants must be a federal financial aid recipient. Preference will be given to applicants with a lower Student Aid Index (SAI) as indicated on their FAFSA. The Spring deadline of April 10, 2023 is for graduating high school seniors who will attend any out-of-state college or an in-state private school. The Summer deadline of June 12, 2023 is for graduating high school seniors who will attend a New Mexico public college or university and any student already attending college in- or out-of-state.
