The Ethics Essay Competition is open to undergraduate and graduate student members of ASABE and/or the Institute for Biological Engineering (IBE), entrants will submit an original essay of up to 1,500 words, choosing an ethics topic impacting the practice of professions related to agricultural and biological engineering, systems, or technology. Up to three finalists will be selected to present their papers at the next Annual International Meeting (AIM). The top three placements will earn cash awards as follows: $500 for 1st; $300 for 2nd; and $200 for 3rd. Each finalist will also receive one complimentary AIM registration.
