Description

$3000 (up to two awards) for a student working toward a Ph.D./Doctoral degree in engineering. This scholarship was made possible by the ASME Auxiliary to honor Elisabeth M. and Winchell M. Parsons. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and be enrolled in a full-time mechanical engineering program. This scholarship is to be used for a Doctoral degree in engineering.
