Description

The Foundation administers a separate program for the children and grandchildren of Soldiers who served in designated qualifying units that were involved in the battles of the Ia Drang Valley during the period 3 through 19 November 1965.

Eligibility Requirements

  • CheckmarkRestricted to survivors or dependents of people who died, are missing or were disabled in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks
  • Checkmark Must be in or a veteran of the U.S. Army Checkmark Must be a dependent of the service(s) specified above
