The Indianapolis Amateur Radio Association Scholarship is open to students with any active FCC-issued amateur radio license. Applicants must be residing in the State of Indiana; if no qualified applicant is identified, preference given to applicants from the ARRL Central Division (Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsion)
