Description

For Black, African American or of African Heritage students that graduated from any high school in Deschutes County planning to attend or attending an Oregon community college. Must have participated in traditional competitive high school sports, athletic teams or athletic clubs. Prior recipients must reapply to renew their scholarships. Renewal is possible for up to two years.
