Awards granted based on competitive audition to support study and career development. Singers compete in Scholarship and Artist Division. Legacy Awards are granted for study and career development in any opera-related career to those who further NOA's goal of increased minority participation in the profession.

Must be an undergraduate student, a graduate student or a postgraduate student

Must attend a university, a four-year college, two-year college or a vocational-tech school
