Description

Oregon Head Start Association - Frank Roberts Scholarship is for graduating high school seniors (including GED recipients and home-schooled seniors) who participated in a Head Start program. Preference will be given to first-generation college attendees. Financial need may or may not be considered. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
