The Peter and Debra Higgins Memorial Scholarship for Veterinary Medicine will give preference to students from Oregon State University Carlson College of Veterinary Medicine. FAFSA or ORSAA filing is required. Financial need is not a requirement, but it may be considered. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
