Description

PEGP honors individuals who lost their lives protecting the citizens of Pennsylvania by helping their children fund their education. To be eligible, students must be a child by birth or adoption of a police officer, firefighter, rescue or ambulance squad member, corrections facility employee, or active National Guard member who died after January 1, 1976, as a direct result of performing their official duties, and be a child by birth or adoption of a police officer, firefighter, rescue or ambulance squad member, corrections facility employee, or active National Guard member who died after January 1, 1976, as a direct result of performing their official duties. Eligibility Requirements

  • CheckmarkMust attend a university, a four-year college or two-year college
  • CheckmarkMust be at least 25 years old
  • CheckmarkMust not be attending high school currently
  • CheckmarkMust study full-time
  • CheckmarkRestricted to residents of Pennsylvania
  • CheckmarkRestricted to students studying in Pennsylvania
  • Checkmark Must be in or a veteran of any U.S. Armed Service
